Starting a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound is a significant step in your health journey.

While the benefits can be life-changing, the weekly routine can be a challenge.

Remembering which day to inject, rotating injection sites to avoid irritation, making sure you get enough protein, and tracking the subtle changes in your body can feel overwhelming.

Thankfully, there are many options to choose from when choosing a dedicated GLP-1 shot tracking app.

Our Top 4 GLP-1 Shot Tracking Apps of 2025

We’ve reviewed most GLP-1 apps on the market to find the best options.

1. Glippy

Glippy is a new app that we had the opportunity to use during its beta test.

The most unique thing about Glippy is its built-in community within the app. You can ask questions, share successes, and have accountability buddies.

glippy app

Glippy Cost

Glippy is the only 100% free GLP-1 shot tracker on the market. It is on IOS only as of now.

They do not paywall your charts or data like every other app on the market. Instead, they have a few advertising spots in the community. Though there were no advertisements during the beta, it is unclear how intrusive they will be.

Glippy Features (all free)

  • In-App community
  • GLP-1 injection tracking
  • Estimated medication levels chart
  • Weight, calories, protein, water tracking
  • Apple health sync
  • Side effects tracking
  • Export data in PDF or CSV

The most notable thing about Glippy is that it’s 100% free. There are no annoying paywalls, which we found in all of the 7+ apps we downloaded for this review.

The beta testing was pretty extensive, but the community was more about feedback and the app, not user glp-1 journeys. It will be interesting to see how the community evolves once it’s officially released.

2. DoseDiary

DoseDiary was created by a GLP-1 user active in the GLP-1 Reddit communities.

He launched it in February 2025, and details his journey here in a Reddit post.

dosediary

Dose Diary Cost

DoseDiary is one of the most expensive apps on the market, though, the monthly price is on par with others. Their annual price is a bit steep compared to alternatives.

  • $8.15/mo
  • $61.19/year
  • $108.79 lifetime

DoseDiary Free Features

  • GLP-1 injection tracking
  • Estimated medication levels chart
  • Weight tracking
  • Basic stats, like BMI
  • Side effects (and positive effects) tracking

DoseDiary Premium Features

  • Consistency score
  • Achievements
  • Premium badge
  • Advanced stats
  • Export your charts
  • Priority support

It should also be noted that DoseDiary is a web app. You must be online to use it. It is not a native IOS or Android app that you’ll find in the app store, which might be confusing to some.

Instead, you download it to your device and launch it like a website.

Lastly, the founder recently took on a private equity investment. It is unclear how that will change the app, especially the pricing, considering private equity will want a high return on their investment.

3. Shotsy

Shotsy is a clean, easy-to-use GLP-1 shot tracker with easy-to-understand charts and interface.

It’s by far the most popular shot tracking app on the market.

Shotsy Cost

Shotsy has a simple pricing structure, though they recently moved their prices from $7.99/mo and $29.99/yr to:

  • $9.99/mo
  • $39.99/year

Shotsy Free Features

We like Shotsy because its free tier is very usable. You may encounter the occasional paywall, but you can still perform basic tracking for free.

  • GLP-1 injection tracking
  • Weight tracking
  • Basic stats, like BMI
  • Side effects (and positive effects) tracking

Shotsy Premium Features

  • Estimated medication levels chart
  • Export your data
  • Apple Health sync

Similar to DoseDiary, Shotsy also took on outside investment recently. Since then, they have moved their annual price from $29.99 to $39.99. It will be interesting to see what other changes they make now that they need to answer to investors instead of users.

4. MeAgain

MeAgain is the second most popular GLP-1 app on the market. However, it is also the most restricted app in our ranking.

It is hard to recommend an app with a hard paywall before the user can try it.

They have 10 different payment tiers listed on the app store. They are likely testing various pricing, so we can only go by what showed up on our screen after onboarding.

MeAgain Cost

After doing a very long onboarding, it will customize your plan and hit you with a hard paywall.

  • $4.99/week, or $19.96/month
  • $39.99/year

You cannot test the app or do anything without paying. The pricing is pretty steep, especially the weekly tier at $4.99/week.

MeAgain Free Features

  • MeAgain has no free features. You cannot access the app after onboarding without paying.

MeAgain Premium Features

  • Shot tracking
  • Weight, side effects, photos
  • Food loging
  • Movement tracking

Our favorite feature of MeAgain is the ability to add photos to your logging. This can lead to some super cool before and after photos.

However, with the steep price, it is hard to justify.

Which GLP 1 Shot Tracking App is Right for You?

If you are looking for free and simple, choose Glippy.

If you are looking for a bit cleaner of a UI and don’t want the estimated medication levels, try Shotsy.
