Brello Health Review
Brello Health is the direct-to-consumer facing brand for Southend Pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy based in Houston, TX. They offer great prices for both semaglutide and tirzepatide.

Notes from GLP-1 Match
Note: as of mid-July 2025, their expected lead time after getting your prescription sent to the pharmacy is 9-11 business days plus 1 day for transit. This is according to their automated message on their support line and similar messaging on their website.
We tested Brello’s customer service by emailing them during weekday business hours. We received an automated confirmation acknowledging receipt, but did not get a full response within 24 hours. This limited our ability to verify detailed support responsiveness compared to peers who replied quickly.
We then tested Brello’s customer service by calling during business hours (between 9am to 4pm). We were on the phone with a competent (and human) customer representative within 6 minutes of waiting. We asked a few questions and were satisfied with the answers and overall experience.
Brello stands out for its affordable, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. Patients pay the same monthly rate regardless of dose. Something some users leverage by ordering the highest dose and titrating carefully. Their in-house compounding pharmacy (Southend Pharmacy) offers third-party purity testing, which is a strong plus in a market where quality can be hard to verify.
However, high demand has been a challenge. Some patients report waiting several weeks for their first shipment. While Brello advertises overnight delivery once prepared, initial dispatch can lag. Also, their refund policy is strict: if you want to cancel after approval, you must email the same day to avoid losing most of your refund. This coupled with their longer lead times may be important to some depending on their expectations.
It is great to see Brello investing in a supportive patient experience through educational content and an active Facebook community. Given our own test results, email may not always deliver fast, personalized answers. However, we had a great experience over the phone.
Overall, Brello is an appealing choice for budget-conscious patients wanting an all-in-one GLP‑1 service with clear pricing, transparent compounding, and no long-term contracts. Just know you may need to plan around potential delays, especially for first shipments.
Lastly, it should be noted that Brello’s compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide both have B6 as an additive.

Brello Health Reviews: What Users Are Saying
“So far, everything’s great!”
“Tried another place before this, was worried but Brello has been fantastic. I lost the 10 lbs I regained with the other company and feel better overall. No side effects, less food noise, and saving money. Very happy I switched!”
-User, Google Review
“Good people; initial shipment too slow”
“Value is exceptional and support replies are real and prompt. The only thing stopping 5 stars is how slow the first shipment was, with too little info while waiting. Recommended Brello to my partner, but warned them about the wait time.”
-User, Google Review
“Service and delivery was prompt, results with medication”
“Impeccable packaging. Insurance denied my prior Rx so I tried Brello. My starting dose is 2.2mg and it’s been great. Constipation was an issue early but it’s better now. Lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks and inflammation gone! Excited to keep going.”
-User, Google Review
Overall sentiment: Positive, with praise for pricing and support but concerns about first shipment speed.
