GLP1Match.com may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

13.2 Arbitration

At GLP1Match.com’s sole discretion,it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform to final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that you will not file or participate in a class action against GLP1Match.com. You and GLP1Match.com each waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GLP1Match.com regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver
