Goby Meds Review

To get a feel for their responsiveness, we sent a test message to Goby’s online chat with a basic question about their process. The response was nearly immediate and answered our questions clearly, backing up our “Fast Customer Service” score. While this initial interaction was impressive, we did not test the phone number listed on their website.

When it comes to public perception, you currently have to dig for feedback. The bulk of Goby Med’s reviews are concentrated on Reddit. Many of the initial posts are from affiliates, though you’ll find non-affiliated customers chiming in with good experiences in the comments. This is slowly changing, as they have recently started appearing on TrustPilot and, as of our last check, were in the process of claiming their Google Business Profile to centralize future feedback.

Operationally, Goby has a good track record. We are only aware of one period when customers had delays we’d consider excessive, which was shortly after an FDA ruling that impacted most telehealth providers’ delivery schedules. Under current circumstances, we are not aware of any major delivery issues.

Looking ahead, Goby’s main opportunity lies in adopting a more holistic approach to patient care. The market is shifting, and leading competitors are already bundling perks like discount meal plans or mental health support. Adding this type of well-rounded support would make Goby’s already solid service an even more compelling package.
